Charleston Food & Wine Festival
Im off to a training session today to volunteer at the big Charleston Food & Wine Festival that they have every year. Im so excited for this. I think this will be a great learning experience. Im not quiet sure if there many spots for baking and pastry students there, but Im going to try to get in anywhere that I can help. If anyone could make it out to this event, I promise you'll eat good, drink good, see great chefs doing demos, great music, great people, and even an Iron Chef cook off! So exciting! Wish me luck!
