Lemon Mousse Torte w. Vanilla Chiffon Genoise cake layered with Lemon Curd, Japonaise Meringue, and Chantilly Cream icing.

Bakeshop Production...
Pate A Choux dough, Soft Ganache, Whip Cream, and Pastry Cream made Cream Puffs and Eclairs.
