Fruit Tart

Short bread dough that I made and chilled over night in the frig. Then rolled it out and docked it so I didnt get any air pockets when its baked.
 
 The baked short dough and vanilla bean pastry cream that has also been chilled. 
Then I just added the fruit I picked out for the top of the tart. 

Then I just glazed it w. apriote glaze. 


Its a really great dessert for this hot heat! Super fresh and refreshing.
