This was my second week and I unfortunately didn't get to go to my Intro to Cakes this week due to the holiday. So I didn't get to make any yummy desserts, but in Bakeshop Production we are studying yeast. So we are going to be making different kinds of breads. This week we made soft dinner rolls shaped into knots, rolls, and squares. Then we made whole wheat round loaf bread and whole wheat rolls too.
the whole wheat rolls look soooo good! i just asked ryan if he had any bread because your pictures made me crave it haha

ReplyDeleteYou wouldnt need to put it in a proof box if you use instant yeast. Just let it sit and rise =D
