School starts Monday!

Im very excited and nervous to get back into the groove of things and start up classes again. I am currently taking Advanced Bakeshop & Cake Decorating. I also started a brand new job this week at a Pottery & Art Studio called Earth Art. I will be making the cakes & cupcakes for the parties they hold there. Even though this isnt a bakery, this job will get my name out there and give me a chance to bake. I also think this job will help me be even more creative w. my baking. I think that baking and pastry making is an art so this job can only make me a better baker. I hope you enjoy all my new school cakes and pastries. Have a great weekend!
