I just started the Petit Fours class today.
I am actually very excited for this class. Plated desserts is what I want to do when I graduate, so this class will definitely teach me many things I need to know. Tomorrow I work at the Food and Wine Festival for a few hours. I'm also very excited for that! Hopefully Ill take a bunch of pictures and post what Ive learned.
