Intro.

Hi! My name is Cynthia Valenti and I am currently enrolled in the Culinary Institute of Charleston to be a Pastry Chef. I'm so excited about all my up and coming classes, I cant wait to learn. I absolutely love baking, its definitely my favorite hobby.

I am ALMOST done with making sure everything is ready to go by the 1st day of school. I received grants to cover my tuition and that was really wonderful! Thanks Pell Grant! I just need to get my uniform and books and Im set! After a long past couple months trying to figure out what culinary school would fit me best.... Im going with my original plan. I'm really happy with my decision, its a beautiful updated Institute.

I am making this blog for my family and friends to view, and possibly some future employers. I will be posting recipes, pictures, and reviews. I hope you all enjoy my future blogs!
